What do women need?

Women need women.

I have hung with women all of my adult life. Plus, I grew up with sisters and watched my mom with her seven siblings in which five of them were females. Oh they loved and honored each other well through their adult years, up until the end of their lives.

If you are reading this post, you have breath and GOD is not finished with you.

I speak, coach, and write to audiences of women.

Women need women.

Women need community.

Women like to process. And most women love to connect.

Women like to share. Women like to grow.

Women want to know they have a voice and something to offer to the world.

Most women want wisdom. Most that is, not all.

And women love to create and work together on projects at times.

Think of years ago with women creating quilts. With women creating care packages. With women teaming together to send care packages in WW I and WW II.

Women are smart, holy, and fierce.

Women long and hurt and crave and want to know they are seen and are beautiful.

And women can be gossipers, mean, and spiteful.

Yet, the women I coach want more from their life. They know they have more from within themselves. And long for purpose!

And I have had the privilege of coaching women for over 13 years and they are unique and beautiful.

Each with her own eye color and lovely smile.

Large built or little, dimples or freckles, chuckles and/or tears. Each. So unique.

Let me ask you, do you believe in the uniqueness of you?

P.S. It makes me ever so sad when women tell me, they were told, they were not a learner, they are not good enough, not a teacher, etc. When in the depths of their being they are exactly that. A teacher, a learner, a gifted musician. Don’t let others pin you down in life. Live your life!’
