5 Warning signs your life might be out-of-balance!

Here are some early warning signs.

1.     You sigh a lot.

2.     Your to-do list is longer than the reality of the hours in the day.

3.     Your anxiety level is growing.

4.     Anger is raising its ugly head.

5.     You are reacting with spitting and spewing words or the opposite direction, you are shutting down.

Women, be careful, as we like to cloak and cover anger in words such as “I am maxed out, stressed, busy, so busy, resentful, and frustrated.”

Those words appear to be kinder, gentler, safer words and not so sinful than to say, “I might have an anger issue.”

If you know you are out of balance, only you, can choose to do something about it.

 And if anger is being stirred up, why?
