Thoughts are ideas. They can be loaded with lies or truth, or a mix of both. How do you stop the fear filled thought train?
Learn to live in a day tight compartment!
As we begin a new year and are slugging toward the end of this month, you may have had issues already hit you in the head. Many of you in the USA are experiencing some rough weather, snow and cold, or wind and tornadoes.
I pen this all bundled up with a vest and with my warn mitten tops on my hands. I have faced a power outage this week, a breaker popup, an electric power cord strip burn, and my cell phone is acting up.
So how do I stay living in a day tight compartment? Years ago, I read the term day tight compartment and it hit me between the eyes. Yes. Yes! That is what I needed to learn.
Since then I have added this term into my coaching recipe box with a coaching worksheet to fit this coaching lesson. And that is included in this course. (If you think you are to write your hard story check this recipe box out). Write Your Hard Story!
So how do we do this type of living, focusing on only today as everywhere we look screams to us:
The weariness of winter.
The wars.
The world.
The kids.
The kickers of life.
The anger.
The anxiety.
The money concerns.
The memories that send grief.
The chaos.
The crazy makers.
The Fear.
The Faith.
The fight to win.
Our thoughts can lie to us. Overwhelm us, and drive us out of control and over the cliff with our thought train.
Here are steps to gain control…
1.BE aware of what your thoughts are doing to you. That is the first step. Awareness!
2. We become what we chew on.
3. Which thought needs to go first so you can live in a day tight compartment. Which causes you to panic first?
I can not. I will never change. This is too hard. I am too old. It is who you know. I will never get this. He is always.
Here are a few words I suggest you get rid of: Always. Never. Overwhelmed. Should. Could. Would.
