How do you persevere in your purpose?

Are you worn out and worn down? Maybe it’s from the leftovers from COVID and all the changes!

Do you want to give up?

The uncertainties with our country and the news, the news, the news. I will tell you kindly what my father taught me as a child, “TURN it off and do not believe everything you hear on that TV.”  He was so wise.

Whatever you are facing- grit and perseverance is hard work.

A few years back, I stood in the massive security room at Denver’s airport waiting for my sisters to clear security. I wanted to park on a bench and have a good cry. Stress, not much sleep, and my emotions steamrolled over me from a fast paced weekend that didn’t unfold as we had planned or hoped.

I was happy for my son who was married that weekend.

Yet  a slip  and a fall left one of my sister’s returning home in a wheelchair with a knee and a leg- both in braces. When I looked up at the second floor in the massive security room I saw a sign, Do not stop believing. I looked right and there was another sign that said Do not STOP believing. I felt as if  it was God’s message to stabilize me for the long flights home to persevere.

I did and do believe in GOD. And I want that for you too.
