What is narcissistic abuse?
I recall the first day I read about narcissism. I felt smacked-up the head!
I certainly had clocked way over the 10,000 hours to make one an expert in a topic and it was one I never signed up for yet, I KNEW this topic well!
Narcissistic abuse! Covert abuse!
- Blamed
- Ignored
- Shamed
- Criticized
- Controlled and more…
I know the heart slaughtered pain, the anger, the shaming, the shock, the fear, and how in the world did I get here, and how in the world am I going to get free of this?
And Hearts with a Purpose was birthed from most of that pain and also the deaths of my father and brother, both heart attacks!
I am passionate to help women leaders that want to grow emotionally from hopelessness to hope filled, but do not know how to do it.
