Covert. Control. Mind games. Power up, whittle down, ignore, create chaos and keep the victim/person spinning like a toy top. Around and around she/he goes until she/he is the crazy one. And the toxic one, the abuser, will do all he or she can to get you to go crazy. How do I know this?
