There is a difference between a life coach and a life purpose coach.
I am a certified Life Purpose Coach, Life Coach, Recovery Coach, and Grief-Loss Coach.
Life coach is general. I am very narrowed niche.
My areas of focus is with grief-loss and life purpose coaching. I help women recycle their pain to purpose and live beyond grief, loss, and betrayal.
A great coach is called to coach. They know that is part of their life purpose.
- He or she is skilled to coach. A great listener for one.
- He or she knows how to ask the questions.
- He or she knows this is why he or she is alive- to coach.
- He or she knows coaching is not teaching. If I do teach while I coach, it is less than 10% of our session.
- He or she has been trained to coach.
- He or she is currently being coached.
I help women convert or recycle their pain in their story to discover their life purpose and soar and grow to love their life and launch in their potential with JOY- helping others, using the lessons they learned in the pain.
A warning – Coaching is not telling others what to do. I have had women say to me, just tell me what to do.
Coaching allows the woman to connect the dots to her story and to what trips her up, and what will drive her forward, as that’s when true transformation begins. She is aware! She sees it and voices it. That is coaching!
Coaching helps a woman go forward. She is here and wants to get over there. I ask the questions to her, to help her go forward.
My questions act like a guide for her and she moves on through step by step to the call she sees on her life.
A true coach is a question asker, a truth unveiler and a seed planter.
A coach is meant to draw your story out of you as Proverbs 20:5 states, ” A plan in the heart of a man is like deep water, But a man of understanding draws it out.”
My clients see the BIG picture and the call on their life as I ask the questions to them and they are honest exposing their heart pain to build the life they dream of.
All my material and books Enable Me, Lord, to Shift, books are created for a woman, to take audit of her life, and to build steps toward her purpose. Men read my books as well.
