Take an assessment of your story, learn how!
On Sunday after church, I stopped at a park that I used to visit almost weekly. The above picture is a scene from that park.
Several years ago, I lapped this park weeping. Over time, I coached women walking on the same pavement and sitting on park benches praying.
Take an assessment of your story, this is how.
- Revisit old places is such a good check up and check in with our heart to see if we are going forward. Do you need to revisit a former place to see if you are going forward?
- Pay attention to your heart when you are in that location revisiting. Does sadness enter in? Does sadness stop you?
- Or are your thoughts more filled with gratitude? If not, this is one way to shift away from the bad, the ugly, and the painfilled. Give thanks. Speak thankfulness. Be grateful!
Take an assessment of your story, this is how.
Take action.
Just make it happen.
Put it on your calendar.
Go back to that place.
Take an assessment of your story so you too can move forward to recycle your pain to purpose. If you long for life and joy and peace and passion and purpose, then you are the type of woman I coach. Reach out through email to chat. Email!
Whatever you are facing: doubt, disappointment, discouragement, or despair, He can change that up, if you choose to take Him at His Word.
