Where to start with the cut-glass-feel-of-emotional-pain?

First, let me tell you, I am sorry for your pain if you are hurting today.  I do know pain, emotional pain that is.

It is real.

It is very painful.

And no one sees it.

Where to start with the cut-glass-feel-of-emotional-pain?

I did not understand my story in my marriage for twenty-two years. I was being emotionally abused. I kept the pain hidden and under wraps, until I learned a name for it. (Please know in looking back at my story, I should have gotten HELP much sooner than I did.)

Emotional abuse.

Mental abuse.

Financial abuse to name a few.  #Covertpartnerabuse. #Narcissism.

If your emotional pain is growing, do see a therapist, or a counselor.

I am not one, I am a grief-loss and life purpose coach of seventeen years, but I am not a counselor.

I teach. I speak. I coach. I write on behalf of harried, hurting, and women that hunger for more purpose in their life and to go forward.
