How can I endure the long haul of life, if God gives me life?
I asked this question to myself in my mid-40s. My answer, I wouldn’t make it and couldn’t it, if I stayed as is and if I didn’t get support.
The emotional pain was about to swallow me up whole. Plus, the chaos, anxiety, fear, and uncertainty I lived in only multiplied.
Does this sound familiar to today’s world? Chaos? Anxiety? Fear? Uncertainty?
SO what about you, do you need support? Especially with the darkness projected in our world and with all the uncertainty?
Here are 4 building blocks women crave to have! The ABCD… of our growth journey. If you don’t have these four building blocks, you’re missing out. As a Coach I offer these.

Accountability, we were made to connect and to grow.
Part of the emotional pain in growth is when we get stuck in life, and then choose to numb the pain somehow. You, as a woman cannot do this alone and grow in life.
“For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up” (Ecclesiastes 4:10 NASB).
Do you have someone that holds you accountable to grow?
- Burden Carrier. We need others to help us. To hear us. To care. To know we are not alone.
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2 NIV)
Do you share your burdens with someone?
- Comfort – over the weekend two women said to me, “Life is hard.” They needed some love and words of TRUTH.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is abundant through Christ”(2 Corinthians 1:3-5 NASB).
Does someone speak comforting words of assurance into your life?

Deliverer of TRUTH… we need to know the Truth. A wise woman speaks of Truth, not lies or gossip or what others just say, but the Truth.
“Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth” (John 17:17 NASB).
